Speaking focus areas
Topics can be tailored to the audience and context, but the core themes remain consistent: decision-making, structure, and leadership clarity under pressure.
Decisions Under Pressure
How urgency distorts judgment, why teams default to motion, and what it takes to restore decision structure in high-stakes environments.
Leadership in Complexity
Leading when variables shift, authority is constrained, and certainty is unavailable — without collapsing into control or chaos.
Structure Reduces Pressure
Why sustainable performance is built through systems, boundaries, and decision architecture — not willpower, intensity, or longer hours.
Formats
Formats vary by event type. The goal is always the same: a clear frame, strong language, and applicable structure — not entertainment.
In-person engagements are available within the United States only and require at least six weeks’ notice. Availability is schedule-dependent.
Virtual sessions are available with appropriate notice and are also schedule-dependent. Virtual is often the most efficient format for focused team learning.
Fees & expectations
Speaking fees apply and vary by format, scope, audience size, travel requirements, and preparation needs. Final details are confirmed only after reviewing your inquiry.
